SLIPKNOT

When micro-tears in space, or “Slipknots,” appear around the world destructively merging an alien world with our own, nations blame each other. A hesitant female scientist whose husband was lost discovers a way to hold the Slipknots open allowing an elite unit to try and determine their origin. They soon discover that the Slipknots are no accident and that their real mission may be saving the world as we know it.

FUN FACT: Real life slipknots were theorized over 100 years ago. Three types – ripples in space time have been discovered since.
